Far from perfect but photogenic enough!….this is the first batch of macarons after years of not making them. I say half of the tray was ok and the rest with cracks on the tops, not pretty! Their “feet” was little ( at least they have some, always positive thinking! 😉) but I am aiming for more.. But to be honest, I already took the first step: start making them again, practice and more practice!
